Digital-asset arbitrage can produce losses. A visible price difference may disappear before or during execution, and no return or capital preservation is guaranteed.
Both order legs may not complete simultaneously. One side may fill while the other is delayed, rejected or partially filled, creating an unintended market position.
Displayed prices may not be executable for the intended size. Actual fills can differ materially from estimates, especially in thin or fast-moving markets.
Connected venues can experience outages, insolvency, account restrictions, withdrawal delays, policy changes, security incidents or geographic limitations.
Software defects, stale data, network failures, API changes, smart-contract vulnerabilities and infrastructure incidents can affect availability or execution results.
Trading fees, funding, withdrawal charges, network costs and market impact can change and may remove the expected edge.
Past, backtested or simulated results do not predict future performance and may not reproduce real-world latency, liquidity or fill behavior.
Rules differ by location and can change. Users are responsible for understanding eligibility, reporting and tax obligations.
